Jeonbuk FC¡¯s dramatic reversal
Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors Football Club made a dramatic reversal and won the game, so Gangwon Football Club became helpless against the power of Jeonbuk FC.
Jeonbuk FC had an away match of 2010 K-League R14 on the 24th and came from behind to put out a 3-2 win. With the result, Jeonbuk FC jumped into the fourth place beating Gyeongnam Football Club and Ulsan Hyundai Football Club.
The goalie Yoo Hyun¡¯s excellent blockings outshone
Gangwon FC who had the initiative kept attacking, so Jeonbuk FC had to ward off the attacks with Sim Woo Yeon¡¯s good hold. As Jeonbuk FC became in high spirits, the players created some chances. Lee Dong Gook got a cross from Kim Sang Sik and passed it to Luiz Henrique Da Silva, but the goalie made a good save. Choi Tae Uk fired an amazing shot, but it went beyond the cross bar.
The goalie went on making excellent blockings, and they kept Jeonbuk FC from scoring, besides, Gangwon FC tried an attack again and again. Kim Young Hoo fired a free kick and opened the scoring in the 35th minute. His strong shot hit the inside of the cross bar and shook the net.
Jeonbuk FC, who got one stroke, replaced Choi Tae Uk by Kim Seung Yong to map out a new strategy in the 39th minute.
Jeonbuk FC piled up 3 scores
Gangwon FC tried to connect the stream of the offense, and won the next score in 3 minutes; Lee Chang Hoon broke through the defense by unassisted dribbling, and ripped a shot. Meanwhile, Jeonbuk FC got a chance once in a blue moon, but had a good time of the second replacement; Kim Sang Sik with Kruno Lovrek in the 8th minute. Lovrek cleanly scored off a pass from Enio Oliveira Junior got a pass from Lee Dong Gook in the right arch, measured an angle to aim at the corner of the goal, and this trial was successful.
After allowing the equalizer goal, Gangwon FC showed the strong will of a victory, but got nowhere. Jeonbuk FC faced a dramatic moment in the injury time. In the last minute of the match, Lovrek got the ball and won the decisive last goal while the defense of Gangwon FC was having a hard time. The winner of the day eventually became Jeonbuk FC.
